With our experience of producing high quality Metal Detectable components for metal detection in the food and pharmaceutical industries, we've found it increasingly beneficial to our clients, to make information easily available for quality assurance purposes. By introducing an on-line system we've been able to reduce the amount of paperwork and time involved in tracing detailed information relating to this product significantly.

Each Detectamet Test Piece / Stick has a number etched onto its side, which relates back to the Certificate of Conformity supplied by the bearing manufacturer.

The ease of access, coupled with a high quality manufacturing process, simple visible detection and colour coded verification, makes Detectamet Test Pieces / Sticks a very cost effective way of managing the important aspects of safety through quality control.

Test Cubes = 20mm x 20mm x 20mm - Clear as standard. DTM 0308

Flexible = 500mm lengths (special and combination Test Products). Manufactured from FDA nylon transparent tubing. Bearing is securely fixed in end of tubing. Very durable, very flexible – possible to bend through 90 degrees. Ideal for pipeline detectors. We use FDA approved nylon hosing in some of our flexible test products. The nylon hosing has an external diameter of 6mm and an internal diameter of 4mm. The largest ball size is 4mm in these products.   DTM 0309

Rods = Available in 0.5m, 1m, 1.5m & 2m lengths. ( see special and combination Test Products) Useful for multi-head weigher applications where detector access is difficult. Durable polyethylene material, semi-flexible through 45 degrees.  DTM 0310
