Changeparts (Bottling & Canning)

ECC are designers and suppliers of Feedworms and Changeparts for all rinsing, filling, capping, labelling machines etc. All our parts are manufactured to the highest degree of excellence and accuracy, including all metal work and feedworm fittings.

The standard material for all our changeparts is Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMW PE): we are now able to supply in a selection of colours. Colour coding can be useful by dedicating a colour to a product, bottle size or a particular line.

We are also able to produce changeparts using other materials and again within different colours.

The “ECC” tool free system has been designed to suit all machines and comes as standard with:

Captured Hand Knob Bolts – These ensure the bolts stay with the changeparts when taken off the machine, our system does not involve expensive core components and existing changeparts can still be used. The “ECC” tool free system has been developed to be operator friendly, inexpensive and reduces downtime significantly.
